Getting Started with Portal

Accessing the Portal

  1. Go to id.optare.one/portal (opens in a new tab)
  2. Log in with your credentials
  3. You'll see the portal dashboard

Understanding the Dashboard

When you first log in, you'll see:

  • Your profile information - Name, email, and avatar
  • Active subscriptions summary - Current plans and usage
  • Connected apps count - Third-party integrations
  • Quick links - Fast access to common features
  • Recent activity - Latest actions in your account

Navigation

The portal has several main sections accessible from the sidebar:

Dashboard

Your overview and quick stats.

Subscriptions

View and manage your product subscriptions, check seat usage, and see billing information.

Team Members

Invite and manage members of your organization.

Connected Apps

Manage OAuth applications that have access to your account.

Products

Browse available products and features.

Settings

Manage your account, organization, webhooks, and security settings.

What You Can Do

As a User:

  • ✅ View your subscriptions
  • ✅ Manage connected apps
  • ✅ Update your profile
  • ✅ Change password and enable 2FA

As an Admin/Owner:

  • ✅ Invite team members
  • ✅ Manage organization settings
  • ✅ Configure webhooks
  • ✅ Create API keys and OAuth clients
